Hope Hanson
Hope Hanson is an experienced communications professional with background in a variety of areas. She most recently was publications editor in the Concordia College Office of Communications and Marketing in Moorhead, Minn., where she proofread college publications; edited and formatted the campus weekly newsletter; and was responsible for several large annual print projects.
After earning her bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of North Dakota in 1993, she became founding editor, designer, writer and production manager for North Dakota Water magazine in Bismarck. During this time she also completed special print and multimedia projects for the Garrison Diversion Conservancy District, Delta Waterfowl Foundation, the North Dakota Water Users Association and the North Dakota Newspaper Association. She is a member of the Professional Editors Network, National Federation of Press Women, and North Dakota Professional Communicators. She recently relocated to Gillette with her husband.
